February 21, 2019 – Within the framework of trainings that are being organized at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo and other regional hospitals, the Kosovo Association for People living with HIV / AIDS are currently attending the trainings in the Municipality of Gjilan/Gnjilane. The doctors and nurses at the Regional Center in Gjilan/Gnjilane are being notified about the persons living with HIV / AIDS and being trained on all therapies available in our country.

The second part of the trainings is designed to address issues related to stigma, discrimination, the legislation that protects and regulates the human rights, personal data protection and criminal legislation.

Trainings on the same topic are also being held with Kosovo Police officers at the local level, with a focus on human rights and stigma in health care.

The training is organized by Integra and is funded by CDF through the Global Fund Program in Kosovo.
