May 22, 2018 – Lonely Planet released its list of the 10 best places to visit in Europe, where Kosovo ranked 4th from travel experts, who have explored every part of Europe in search of the continent’s hotspots for 2018. Among many reasons to visit Kosovo, one of them was ViA DinaricA.
According to Lonely Planet, the hiking trail in ViA DinaricA “showcases the country’s peak-laden landscape to dramatic effect.” The trails are 1000 km long with unique panorama, which connects Kosovo and Albania with the rest of Western Balkan.
Expansion of ViP DinaricA program in the CBC Region Albania – Kosovo is funded by the EU and implemented by CDF and our partner Albanian Development Fund – ADF, which will last for a two-year period with the goal of increasing the economic activity in the cross-border area through unique sustainable tourism models based on natural, tradition and cultural values, while bringing forth the shared characteristics of the region.
