Environmental Permit Annulled Through joint legal action by GLPS and the NGO Qytetarët Aktivë, the Basic Court in Prishtina annulled an environmentally destructive permit issued by the Municipality for the
construction of “Adventure Park” in Gërmia National Park. The court ruled that constitutional rights to environmental participation had been violated. This decision set a legal precedent and triggered a policy review process across multiple municipalities.
