Prishtine, 12 July, 2023 – The latest edition of the E-Café series, devoted to the theme of “Continuous Learning for Startup Growth,” witnessed a dynamic gathering of more than 15 women and minority-owned businesses. Hosted by Mr. Besnik Krasniqi, Executive Director of the BSCK, this event explored the topic of continuous learning as a key to entrepreneurial advancement.
Participants engaged in an open discussion. Mr. Besnik Krasniqi facilitated the conversation, guiding attendees through a multitude of insights on the crucial role of continuous learning in the journey of startups. A common idea was highlighted during the discussion: the many benefits of a commitment to learning in an ever-changing business environment. In this case, the main importance of encouraging a progressive mindset among women entrepreneurs was emphasized, as was the need to see challenges as opportunities and as a path to improvement.
