Prishtine, 16 November, 2023 — The Regional Women Entrepreneurs Conference and B2B meetings, hosted collaboratively by the Inclusive Economic Engagement Activity, Kosovo Women’s Chamber of Commerce – G7, and USAID-funded initiatives, marked a notable moment in fostering entrepreneurial collaboration and growth.
Ms. Eileen Devitt, USAID Mission Director, honored the event, delivering impactful remarks that highlighted the significance of empowering women in the business landscape.
The conference featured two engaging panel discussions with women entrepreneurs from Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Albania. These discussions centered on key themes of regional cooperation, access to finance, and commercial justice. The diverse perspectives shared discussed the challenges and opportunities prevalent in the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Moreover, the event facilitated approximately 400 B2B meetings among regional businesses. These meetings served as platforms for forging partnerships, exploring new markets, and fostering collaborations that surpass borders. The engagement during these meetings highlighted the eagerness of entrepreneurs to expand their networks and explore new territories.
