Prishtine, 15 March, 2024 — USAID’s Inclusive Economic Engagement Activity, implemented by CDF, recently launched its latest initiative: the “Empower Her” Mentorship Program. This program, as part of the Inclusive Platform for Women’s Entrepreneurship, in collaboration with G7, aims to empower women to thrive in the entrepreneurial landscape.
The meeting brought together 25 carefully selected mentors and mentees to get to know each other. Participants engaged in discussions outlining the primary objectives of the mentorship program, identifying key areas for personal and professional development, and formalizing mutual agreements.
At its core, the “Empower Her” Mentorship Program seeks to bridge the gap between seasoned mentors and ambitious mentees, creating a nurturing environment conducive to collaboration and knowledge exchange. By using the experience and expertise offered by mentors, mentees are equipped with the tools and guidance necessary to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship and achieve their goals.
Through this collaborative endeavor, the USAID Inclusive Economic Engagement Activity, CDF, and G7 strive to bring about meaningful change, empowering women to realize their full potential as drivers of economic growth and innovation.
