The “100 DREAMS, 1 VISION Entrepreneurship Gathering” recently celebrated 100 resilient women and minority-owned businesses, each a beneficiary of the Resilience Grant Scheme. Organized by the Inclusive Economic Engagement Activity (IEEA), the event highlighted the transformative growth and achievements of these businesses, made possible through grant-supported equipment.
The gathering was an opportunity to showcase the determination of diverse entrepreneurs who, with the right support, have strengthened their operations, increased productivity, and contributed significantly to the local economy. Attendees were inspired by success stories from entrepreneurs who have leveraged new equipment to expand their capabilities, providing jobs and adding value to their communities.
“We are proud to witness the growth of these inspiring businesses and the pivotal role they play in driving our local economy,” noted CDF’s Executive Director, Ms. Nermin Mahmuti.
The Inclusive Economic Engagement Activity is funded by USAID and implemented by the Community Development Fund (CDF), emphasizing sustainable economic inclusion for underrepresented groups in Kosovo. Through initiatives like these, the Activity continues to empower women and minority entrepreneurs, fostering resilience and building a dynamic foundation for Kosovo’s economic future.
