Ky bashk\u00ebpunim sjell s\u00eb bashku fuqin\u00eb dhe ekspertiz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dy organizatave, duke kombinuar burimet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb platform\u00eb q\u00eb premton t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb pejsazhin biznesit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Projektuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb forc\u00eb e shtyr\u00eb n\u00eb pejsazhin biznesit, IPWE \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebset  gra n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet etnike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke filluar nj\u00eb koh\u00eb rritjeje, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lancimi i IPWE sh\u00ebnon nj\u00eb moment t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb fuqizuar dhe ngritur grat\u00eb n\u00eb biznes. Me nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme q\u00eb synon t\u00eb nxis\u00eb rritjen dhe t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi, platforma parashikon nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme ku sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebset grat\u00eb do t\u00eb zhvillohen, pavar\u00ebsisht prej prejardhjes apo etnis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb misionit t\u00eb IPWE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar p\u00ebr sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebset grat\u00eb nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsive. K\u00ebto mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr rrjet\u00ebzim, ndarjen e njohurive dhe qasjen n\u00eb burime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb drejtimin e suksesit t\u00eb bizneseve. Duke ofruar nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim dhe m\u00ebsim, IPWE synon t\u00eb tejkaloj\u00eb barrierat q\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve kan\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e grave n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e biznesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa Kosova vazhdon udh\u00ebtimin e saj drejt nj\u00eb aspekti ekonomik m\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, themelimi i IPWE-s\u00eb sh\u00ebnon nj\u00eb hap t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebrpara.
