Ky program, si pjes\u00eb e Platform\u00ebs Gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebr Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsin\u00eb e Grave, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me G7, synon t\u2019i fuqizoj\u00eb grat\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb sukses n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takimi b\u00ebri bashk\u00eb 25 mentor\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur me kujdes p\u00ebr t&#8217;u njohur me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u angazhuan n\u00eb diskutime q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruanin objektivat par\u00ebsore t\u00eb programit t\u00eb mentorimit, duke identifikuar fushat kryesore p\u00ebr zhvillim personal dhe profesional dhe duke formalizuar marr\u00ebveshjet e nd\u00ebrsjella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb thelb, Programi i Mentorimit &#8220;Fuqizo grat\u00eb&#8221; synon ta kap\u00ebrcej\u00eb hendekun midis mentor\u00ebve me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve ambicioz, duke krijuar nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb favorsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunimin dhe shk\u00ebmbimin e njohurive.
