Me fokus n\u00eb promovimin e diversitetit dhe p\u00ebrfshirjes, Projekti ka leht\u00ebsuar hyrjen e k\u00ebtyre pes\u00eb bizneseve n\u00eb PePeKo, duke u ofruar nj\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebri mund\u00ebsish brenda sektorit t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb frutave dhe perimeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb PePeKo \u00ebsht\u00eb i destinuar t\u00eb leht\u00ebsoj\u00eb sfidat e tyre si biznese. Duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj shoqate, interesat dhe shqet\u00ebsimet e tyre do t\u00eb reflektohen brenda industris\u00eb.
