To nije samo spoljna briga; sporovi mogu nastati interno me\u0111u zaposlenima, izme\u0111u odseka, ili \u010dak na menad\u017eerskom nivou. Za MMSP na Kosovu \u2013 posebno ona u vlasni\u0161tvu \u017eena i manjina \u2013 ovi sukobi mogu biti posebno \u0161tetni. Oni mogu naru\u0161iti produktivnost, uticati na moral, pa \u010dak i naru\u0161iti reputaciju va\u0161eg brenda. Uzimaju\u0107i proaktivan pristup re\u0161avanju sporova, MMSP na Kosovu mogu ne samo da ubla\u017ee uticaj unutra\u0161njih sukoba ve\u0107 i da podstaknu produktivnije i harmoni\u010dnije radno okru\u017eenje.
