Me\u0111utim, \u0161to ako uskla\u0111enost nije samo kutija za proveru, ve\u0107 mo\u0107an katalizator za rast poslovanja? Ovaj sveobuhvatni vodi\u010d ima za cilj da redefini\u0161e va\u0161u percepciju uskla\u0111enosti sa propisima, ilustruju\u0107i njen potencijal kao strate\u0161kog dobra za va\u0161e MMSP na Kosovu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Simbioza uskla\u0111enosti i poslovnog rasta<\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Izgradnja poverenja potro\u0161a\u010da<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na tr\u017ei\u0161tu preplavljenom izborom, poverenje je valuta koja mo\u017ee izdvojiti va\u0161e poslovanje. Pristup novim tr\u017ei\u0161tima<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uskla\u0111enost sa me\u0111unarodnim standardima mo\u017ee da utreput za \u0161irenje tr\u017ei\u0161ta, posebno za MMSP koja gledaju na izvoz ili partnerstva van Kosova.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Primer: Firma za IT usluge sa sedi\u0161tem na Kosovu koja je u skladu sa GDPR regulativom je bolje spremna da privu\u010de evropsku klijentelu, za razliku od konkurenta koji ne po\u0161tuje pravila.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Obuka i razvoj<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulo\u017eite u obuku o uskla\u0111enosti za svoje osoblje kako biste osigurali da su svi uskla\u0111eni i sa slovom i sa duhom zakona.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Primer: Proizvodno MMSP u Uro\u0161evcu bi moglo da sprovodi dvogodi\u0161nje obuke o bezbednosti na radnom mestu i ekolo\u0161koj uskla\u0111enosti.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Od tereta do koristi<\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uskla\u0111enost sa propisima na Kosovu ne treba da se posmatra kao neophodno zlo, ve\u0107 kao prilika za diferencijaciju i rast. Preoblikovanjem svog pristupa, ne samo da ozna\u010davate okvire ve\u0107 i strate\u0161ki pozicionirate svoje MMSP za uspeh.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za MMSP na Kosovu, posebno ona u vlasni\u0161tvu \u017eena i manjina, po\u0161tovanje pravila slu\u017ei kao ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od zakonskog mandata.
